Balance between Spirit and Body: Only at the Pyramid Health Club

The only health club in the city and the entire North West portion of the country opened its doors recently.  This is the Pyramid Health Club.  It is located in the Los Sabalos Hotel and it is a reflection of a concept designed and conceived by professionals in order to improve health through different activities and techniques.

So that everything is perfect, the club features an in residence doctor who is in charge of evaluating all clients who go to the club and giving them adequate recommendations.  Pyramid offers different packages such as a day at the spa that includes use of the sauna, the steam room, the Jacuzzi, the gym and a relaxing massage.

Pyramid is also distinguished because they have a water therapy colon cleanser, the same kind that is used by certified doctor and resident club doctor, Alejandro Serrano.  Colon cleansing is important to your health because it can prevent cancer.

There are also outdoor yoga classes and a nice gym that has a routine of exercises each day from 11:00 to 1:00 where you can practice cardio, spinning and weight lifting.  Pyramid also features salon services that include manicures, pedicures, exfoliation and depilation.  A cool detail is that you can receive a body massage while you receive a pedicure that utilizes water massage on the feet, thanks to a special chair.

There are two saunas, one for women and one for men and you will be offered fruit, teas and water during your stay.  The Jacuzzi is always pleasantly set to 35-37 degrees Celsius and this will surely help you to relax.  There is a cabin for facials that you receive only by previous appointment and two more cabins for massage.  All personnel are certified, so you are assured that expert hands will take care of you and make you feel like a king.
