World wide tourism has experienced a notable growth in the past years and it is having an important effect on our country. We could be talking about a 100% to 150% growth right at this moment just for beach destinations.

Concepts like Condo Hotels are being utilized in new forms of commercialization and financing. Miami was the first place where condo hotels took root. A condo hotel is a totally furnished apartment that you can either rent or buy. This allows the buyer to include it in a rental plan administered by a hotel chain and the costs are divided in half between the owner and the hotel chain.
Just like the normal condominium, the owner must pay taxes and insurance as well as an administration fee that is based on square footage. This permits you to have access to all the amenities and services of the hotel, of which there are many: concierge, room service, café, bar, laundry, valet parking, gymnasium, spa, business salon and maid service.
