Very pretty condos in a lovely building. Walk across Avenida del Mar to an endless beach, although the traffic is usually heavy and fast, the fleetfooted can usually succeed. Although it's too far to walk to grocery shopping there is always a'pulmonia', our local VW taxi, waiting to get your money, ask the fare first. This is a great place for a one or two week stay.
